Refunds
All services are non-refundable.
Keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one session to achieve your desired result.
Return Policy
Any retail products you purchase within 7 days of original purchase can be returned with less than 20% used. No cash value is given and an in salon credit will be issued.
Right to refuse service
Les Dames Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
Online Scheduling
Your appointment WILL NOT BE VALID until confirmed by phone or text by Les Dames Beauty salon.
48 Hour cancellation policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect everyone’s time we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
-We have created a peaceful environment for all of our clients to enjoy for that reason and safety purposes, kids under 10 are not allowed in the salon.
